Each tea comes with enough leaf for around 5 steepings at our recommended 3g per 100ml. Take your time and discover how each one evolves with every brew.

This set includes 4 teas + 1 of your choice:

1. Zairai Ikumi | 在来 伊久美 – 15g — Where Kawagiri began. Native tea bushes grown from seed in Ikumi, Shizuoka — powerful natural umami with a clean, transparent body. One of our top cold brew picks.
2. Yamakai | やまかい – 20g — Less than 3% of Japan’s tea cultivation. The fruitiest green tea in our lineup — clean, transparent, with a bold character preserved by light steaming. From the slopes of Mt. Ashitaka.
3. Tsuyu Hikari | つゆひかり – 15g — Organic, mountain-grown at the foot of Mt. Fuji. Textbook mountain sencha with floral, fruity, and citrusy top notes — vivid and clear.
4. Harumidori | はるみどり – 15g — The farmer’s pick this year. Organic, first flush, from the same Mt. Ashitaka terroir as our Tsuyu Hikari. Deep umami with a crystalline, glass-like texture. For seasoned tea lovers.

5a. Koshun Oolong | 香駿 ウーロン茶 – 10g — A rare Japanese oolong made from leafhopper-kissed buds. Floral, crisp, with a sweet cooling finish. Only a handful of producers in Japan make oolong like this.

5b. Golden Tea (Tea Bag) | 黄金茶 – 12 bags — A completely different kind of Japanese green tea. Nutty like roasted soybeans, fruity and juicy — from Sayama, finished with traditional Sayama Firing. No teapot needed.
