We currently ship to the following Canadian provinces:

- New Brunswick
- Newfoundland and Labrador
- Nova Scotia
- Ontario
- Prince Edward Island
- Quebec
- Saskatchewan
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut at this time due to carrier limitations and elevated shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
International Shipping
We don’t currently offer international shipping, but we’re actively working toward making it available. Thank you for your patience — we’ll update this page when it’s ready.
Processing & Delivery
Most orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 2–3 business days. During busy periods — such as events or seasonal rushes — processing may take a little longer.
Once the carrier picks up your package, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
We use a variety of shipping carriers and select the best option based on current rates and availability. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate requests for a specific carrier.
Shipping Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive two separate emails:
- From the shipping carrier — an automated notification with your tracking number.
- From Kawagiri Tea — a confirmation that your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier.
These emails may arrive at slightly different times, and that’s completely normal. If you haven’t received any shipping notification within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
Delivery & Special Requests
By default, packages are delivered without a signature required. If you’d like signature-required delivery or have any other requests, please let us know when placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
