Our Policy

As tea is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference.

When We Will Make It Right

If there is an issue on our end, we will offer a full refund or replacement. This includes:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The package arrived damaged (torn, punctured, or unsealed)
  • The tea has a clearly abnormal taste or odor indicating a quality issue
  • Foreign objects such as plastic or metal are found in the product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We will resolve the issue promptly.
