Where do I find my tasting code?
The code is printed on the front or back of your tea package (ALL CAPS). Can’t find it? Email us at [email protected].
Can I use multiple coupons on the same order?
Yes. All coupons can be combined at checkout, up to a maximum of 25% off per order.
Do the coupons expire?
No. All coupons have no expiration date. Use them whenever you’re ready.
Can I review the same tea more than once?
Coupons are issued once per tea, per review type. But you can earn a new coupon every time you review a different tea — the more teas you try, the more you save.
I purchased at an event. How do I leave a review?
Use our Tea Review form (link above). Online customers can also review directly on the product page.
How long until I receive my coupon?
Tasting Survey coupons are sent instantly after submission. Tea Review coupons are also instant if you review directly on the product page. If you use the event review form, your coupon will be sent within 2–3 business days.
Can I use the First Order code more than once?
FIRST10 is a one-time code per customer. But you can earn additional coupons through reviews and surveys.
